Petite Size Black Patent Platform Sandals. These new 'Rowan' sandals could have been lifted straight from a '70s dance movie with their 12cm heel and 3cm Platform. They've been made in our workshops from glossy black patent-cow leather and fasten with a gold buckle at the emphatic ankle strap.
